Top Hacks for a Healthier You!

I want all of my patients to watch this youtube video with link below as it is EYE OPENING! It discusses foods that we think are good for us (but are not really) and how they impact our body, health, and aging process! It discusses on how to reverse insulin resistance and top hacks on how to do so!


#1 Take away and my hack - start your first meal of the day with savory meal (protein) with NO SUGAR. If you have sugar for that first meal (this includes starches too and dont forget what you put into your coffee!), it sets you up for failure throughout the day leading to cravings, more hunger, brain fog, fatigue, insulin resistance, etc.
