Beginner

For Beginner's to exercise or those who do not do it regularly - the goal is to exercise 2 to 3 times a week


  • Start with 90 mins of exercise regularly.

  • Exercise at 50% intensity of your total heart rate

  • You can break these sessions down to 10-20 min bursts or continuous bursts of exercise - whatever works better for your schedule!

  • Once you have been doing regular exercise for total of 90 mins weekly slowly increase the intensity of workouts by increasing resistance, total heart rate intensity, or increasing by a few mintues for each work out!
