For Beginner's to exercise or those who do not do it regularly - the goal is to exercise 2 to 3 times a week
Start with 90 mins of exercise regularly.
Exercise at 50% intensity of your total heart rate
You can break these sessions down to 10-20 min bursts or continuous bursts of exercise - whatever works better for your schedule!
Once you have been doing regular exercise for total of 90 mins weekly slowly increase the intensity of workouts by increasing resistance, total heart rate intensity, or increasing by a few mintues for each work out!
