Once you have been exercising regularly for 3 days a week for a total of 90 minutes weekly for 6 months you have hit intermediate level!


  • Your exercise goal is now 3 -4 times a week

  • You want to complete a total of 120 minutes of exercise weekly at 50-60% of your total heart rate.
