Once you have been exercising regularly for 3-4 times a week for 1 year, you have hit what I call experienced level!
Even in experienced level, you still want to challenge yourself!
Goal is to exercise >4 times weekly now!
Get >120 minutes of exercise in regularly with a 50% or greater of your total heart rate.
